Since 1992 Caring Family Network (CFN), a private, not-for-profit foster care and adoption agency, has served abused and neglected children of Texas. CFN currently provides services for children with basic, therapeutic, habilitative and primary medical needs, CFN provides assessment, training, oversight and comprehensive support services to families who have opened their hearts and homes to children in crisis.
