The Kids
CFN serves children in the custody of The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS). We serve all children, those that usually wait the longest for their forever families are usually:
- Over 6 years old
- A member of a sibling group
- A member of a minority group
- have social, emotional, or physical disabilities
We believe that there are families for all children. Our hope is that your family will consider becoming the forever family for a child desperately in need.
What is required?
- A completed Foster Care application
- A healthy adult between the ages of 21 and 70
- Able to complete a Criminal History Background Check
- High School diploma or GED
- Be a legal US citizen
- Drivers license, auto insurance, and social security card
- Dependable transportation
- Financial stability
- Up to date Home health and fire inspections
