CFN's New Forever Family

 

 

Izzy Hay is a 16 year old who has been in care with CFN for the last four years.  In September of this year Izzy was placed in adoptive placement with Nathan and Shannon Hay.  Izzy chose his forever family, he had a reltaionship with them over the last couple of years and the family very much wanted to adopt Izzy.  Izzy has two brothers who were also adopted and live in the area, they are able to visit often.  Izzy was very happy on the day of his adoption and had many family members as well as CFN staff attend the adoption and celebrate his permanency.
